I am 22 years old, living near Southend in Essex in the Uk.

Ever since I was a young child I could always see and sense spirit around me. I found I could never control my experiences though, and this scared me, especially not having the right support and guidance around me. So I tried to ignore my gift.

I have recently found myself having more encounters with spirit once again, and now feel it is the right time to develop my skills further and learn some more. It still comes in bits and pieces but I'm keen and I'm slowly learning to say what comes into mind and trust my instincts.
